Rita Carter | Dallas Manager

Rita Carter
Rita Carter began her career with Burnett’s in 2003 where she worked in our Las Colinas office. She was promoted to Branch Manager in 2006 and has worked in the Las Colinas, Dallas, Cedar Hill and Arlington branches.

Rita has won numerous Top Producer awards as well as many prestigious Trip Challenge awards! She is approaching her 12th year anniversary with Burnett’s Staffing in 2015 and has over 17 years of total staffing industry experience. Before joining the Burnett’s Staffing team, Rita worked more than ten years in Human Resources as an Employment Coordinator/HR Administrator handling Benefits, Employee Relations, and Training. Rita attended the University of Texas at Arlington and is currently serving as her Church Secretary. She loves horror movies, I Love Lucy reruns, and her favorite movie is The Wizard of Oz, which she says is “chock full of life lessons”.

 

Melody Stewart | South Arlington Manager

Melody Stewart Management Team

Melody Stewart joined the Burnett’s Staffing team in 2013 when she began her career in the South Arlington office as a staffing coordinator. Since then, she has been promoted to Branch Manager. Melody contributes her success to her management experience that she obtained in the Mortgage industry. She strives to make a difference in people’s lives each and every day. Melody enjoys building commitment and unity amongst her team. She loves to coach for success and to see those around her succeed. Melody was one of the winners for the 2015 Burnett’s Trip Challenge.

She lives in Arlington with her husband Zeke and their two daughters. They have 3 dogs; Licorice, Phoebe and Sam along with a cat named Lucy. Melody is originally from Colorado and enjoys being silly while making others laugh. She has a passion for living a healthy and active lifestyle. In her free time, Melody likes to go camping and enjoys spending family time in the great outdoors.

 

Shelley Caldwell | North Arlington Manager

Shelley Caldwell began her career with Burnett’s Staffing as a Staffing Coordinator in 2011. Shelley was promoted to Senior Staffing Coordinator in 2014 and shortly later was promoted to Branch Manager of the North Arlington team. Shelley loves being able to make a difference in both her clients’ and candidates’ lives. In 2013, she won the prestigious Staffing Coordinator of the Year Award. Shelley has also won the Burnett’s Trip Challenge in 2013, 2014, and 2015 based on her outstanding sales and placement results. Danielle Barhold | Las Colinas Manager

Danielle Barhold Management Team

Danielle Barhold joined the Burnett’s Staffing team in 2013 when she began her career in the Las Colinas office as a staffing coordinator. After receiving Staffing Coordinator of the Year in 2015, she was then promoted to Branch Manager. Her employment background consists of administrative support, customer service, client relations, and being a brand ambassador with the NFL. She has a strong compassion for helping others and thoroughly enjoys the opportunity to do so every day with Burnett’s! She attended Farmingdale State College, a State University of New York, where she studied Sociology and Psychology. Her hobbies and interests include cooking, fitness, and playing with her French bulldog named Lulu!

 

Olivia Teague | South Fort Worth Manager

Olivia Teague Management Team

Olivia Teague started recruiting for Burnett’s Staffing in 2015 where she worked in our North Arlington office. As a result of her ability to successfully match job seekers with employers, Olivia was promoted to Branch Manager in 2017. She now manages operations and staff for our South Fort Worth office. Olivia loves working with her clients to help them secure the top talent they are seeking as well as helping others advance in their chosen professions. In 2016, Olivia received the Personal Growth award and was also one of the first employees to win Burnett’s Big Check Lotto based on recruitment placements.

Olivia was born and raised here locally in Dallas-Fort Worth. She studied Business Administration and Management at Midwestern State University.
