Whether you need a person to handle a particular job for a day or for several months, Burnett’s Staffing will provide only the best candidates to meet your needs. The same selection techniques used for Direct and Temp-to-Hire Placement are used with our Temporary Placement service. Our focus is to share the responsibility of profitability, growth and problem solving with our clients to determine the best value in quality, service and price. A Temporary Placement service charge is billed hourly and invoiced weekly based on the skills, experience and expertise required of the candidates sent to perform the client’s specific job duties. The rate charged is comparable to the prevailing wage for the task and the service charge is only for the time worked. Our guarantee assures clients complete and full satisfaction. We call it our “Guarantee Plus” program. Should the client be dissatisfied for any reason with one of our temporary employees, a simple phone call to our office is all that is necessary within the first day of the project and there will be no charge.
