Clients receive the same value of Direct Placement but without the immediate commitment to the candidate and pay our service fee out over a period of time. This placement option works well for those clients that prefer to “Try before you Buy” method of hiring. Temp-to-Hire Placement also gives candidates the opportunity to observe the corporate culture and position in the working environment. A competitive hourly rate is established for the client to pay during the hiring period. This saves the client time and money by having the ability to choose candidates who meet or exceed skill parameters and who are available to begin work immediately.
