Direct Placement affords our clients the ability to select candidates from the top ten percent of the workforce including unemployed as well as employed candidates seeking a career change. All candidates referred are personally interviewed, prescreened, tested, referenced, and have their criminal background checked before being sent out to interview. In addition, our staff will visit the client’s office location to make sure that we find that perfect fit. This saves the client time and money by only interviewing candidates that match their specific job requirements. A service fee is contingent upon an offer by the client and acceptance by the candidate.
