Founder Joyce Burnett, with a background in human resources and Paul W. Burnett, with a sales background, established Burnett’s Staffing in 1966 as a company that valued integrity in the placement process. Initially specializing in Direct Placement only, the small firm grew to include Temp-to-Hire Placements and Temporary Placements. Over time, Paul David Burnett, after receiving his MBA from Texas Christian University, joined the family business in 1985 and has risen through the ranks working in every department of the company to the position of President. Hard work, dedication, and pride have become synonymous with the name BURNETT’S STAFFING. The family continues to take pride in the many trusting relationships established over the years and values the trust so many clients and candidates have placed with Burnett’s Staffing.
We believe the longevity of a company is the result of everyone in the company having a direction of purpose and remembering what the initial objective was in the beginning. Today we strive everyday to live up to a promise made 47 years ago which was our Mission Statement in 1966 and it still holds true today.
